These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you and ph87 governing your use of the ph87 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions. 2.3 If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the ph87 Platform, refrain from registering an account, and contact ph87 support to arrange closure of any existing account.
3.1 Eligibility. Registration at ph87 is open to natural persons who: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law; (c) are not excluded from ph87 by virtue of a self-exclusion request or regulatory prohibition; and (d) are not acting on behalf of another person.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) ph87 Account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ph87 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances upon detection of duplicate accounts.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information thereafter. ph87 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any information provided. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph87 login credentials (email and password). You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password; (b) enable two-factor authentication where available; (c) not share your credentials with any third party; and (d) notify ph87 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.5 Account Ownership. ph87 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any entitlements therein to any other person.
4.1 Age Requirement. ph87 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
4.2 KYC Verification. ph87 is required by PAGCOR regulations and its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to enabling withdrawal functionality. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or Voter's ID); and (b) proof of address where requested.
4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence. ph87 may require additional documentation — including source of funds declarations — for accounts with high transaction volumes or in circumstances where AML obligations require enhanced due diligence. 4.4 Ongoing Monitoring. ph87 conducts ongoing transaction monitoring as required by Philippine AML regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger additional identity verification requests or temporary account restrictions pending review.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph87 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT (on TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). ph87 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payment methods at any time.
5.2 Currency. The ph87 Platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT balances are maintained separately and subject to the USDT-specific terms published in the Platform. ph87 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees on PHP transactions.
5.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposits are: GCash — ₱100; PayMaya — ₱100; Bank transfers — ₱500; USDT — USD 10. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player VIP tier. ph87 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. ph87 aims to process withdrawal requests as follows: GCash and PayMaya — 10 to 30 minutes; Bank transfers — 1 to 6 hours on business days; USDT — 1 to 3 blockchain confirmations. Processing times are targets and may vary during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal being funded by real money balance rather than unconverted bonus funds; and (d) compliance with ph87's AML obligations.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph87 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus-specific terms before claiming any promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before any associated balance can be withdrawn. 7.2 Random Number Generation. All ph87 Platform games that use Random Number Generation (RNG) technology utilize certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified to produce genuinely random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are available on request.
7.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection, technical malfunction, or service interruption during a game session, ph87 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side logs. Where a game outcome cannot be determined, the bet amount will be returned to the player's real money balance. ph87's determination of game outcomes based on server-side records is final and binding.

Players will be notified of voided bets and affected balances restored promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph87 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
ph87 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension; permanent account closure; forfeiture of all balances; reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities; and legal action to recover damages.
9.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your ph87 Account at any time by contacting ph87 customer support via live chat. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable game and betting rules. Your real money balance (minus any pending wagering requirement obligations) will be returned via your preferred withdrawal method.
9.2 ph87-Initiated Suspension. ph87 reserves the right to suspend your account, with or without notice, where: (a) verification of your identity or documents is pending; (b) ph87 has reasonable grounds to investigate potential breach of these Terms & Conditions; (c) a security concern relating to your account has been identified; or (d) required by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.
9.3 ph87-Initiated Closure. ph87 may permanently close your Account for: (a) material breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity; (c) provision of materially false registration information; or (d) repeat prohibited conduct following a prior warning.
9.4 Balance Return on Closure. Upon closure of an account not caused by the player's material breach, ph87 will return the real money balance within a reasonable timeframe. Balances in accounts closed for cause (player breach) may be forfeited in whole or in part as determined by ph87 and subject to applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
10.1 All content on the ph87 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, design, and audiovisual elements — is the property of ph87 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 ph87 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content; reverse engineer or decompile Platform software; create derivative works; or use ph87 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
10.3 Any third-party game content available on ph87 remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is licensed to ph87 for use on the Platform. Your use of such content is subject to the terms of the relevant provider's license.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph87 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information on the Platform; or (d) losses caused by events outside ph87's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
11.2 ph87's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the value of your real money balance at the time the claim arose or the value of the disputed transaction, whichever is lower.
11.3 Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit ph87's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by ph87's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 ph87 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all Philippine players. ph87 views responsible gaming not as a regulatory obligation but as a genuine duty of care toward its player community.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Any ph87 player may request self-exclusion at any time through Account Settings or by contacting ph87 support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, ph87 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent access to your Account.
12.3 Player-Set Limits. ph87 provides tools allowing players to set: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) maximum session time limits; (c) loss limits per session or per period; and (d) bet size limits. Reductions in these limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
12.4 Minor Protection. Players must ensure that minors cannot access the ph87 Platform through their devices or accounts. ph87 recommends use of parental control software on shared devices. ph87 is not liable for unauthorized access by minors where reasonable precautions have not been taken by the account holder.

13.1 ph87's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the ph87 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 ph87 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You have rights under this Act including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
13.3 ph87 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law. Such disclosures are made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and are not subject to prior notice to the player.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, ph87 encourages players to contact ph87 customer support in the first instance. ph87 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and responding substantively within 10 business days. The majority of player disputes at ph87 are resolved through this informal process.
14.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through ph87's internal complaints process, players may refer the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the regulator of ph87's operations. PAGCOR's determination of complaints within its jurisdiction is final and binding on ph87.
14.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the PAGCOR complaints process, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of disputes not capable of resolution under Sections 14.2 and 14.3.
15.1 ph87 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — meaning those that substantially affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players by: (a) email notification to the registered account address; (b) prominent notice on the ph87 Platform; or (c) both of the above.
15.2 Non-material amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, and updates required by regulatory direction — may be made without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of any amendment.
15.3 If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease use of the ph87 Platform and close your account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
